Chicken and Cesar Lavash Wrap

1. In a large self-closing plastic bag, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon pepper and Italian seasoning. Add chicken and seal tightly. Turn bag gently to distribute marinade. Refrigerate 15 minutes.

2. Preheat grill to medium. Remove chicken from marinade. Grill chicken 5-7 minutes per side. Cut chicken into strips.

3. Place Romaine and sliced chicken on lavash. Top with Caesar dressing. Fold the Lavash to form a wrap.

Serves: Makes 4 Wraps
Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon and pepper seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 4 Ara-Z Lavash Wraps
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
