Dressing
- 1 cup light olive oil
- 1 small clove garlic, pressed
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sumac, salt, black pepper and hot pepper to taste
- 1 circle of Ara-Z Dry Lavash broken into 1 inch squares
In large mixing bowl, gently toss together all the salad ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and blend well. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and chill. About 15 minutes before serving, add dry lavash to the vegetable mixture and toss gently, correct the seasoning. Fatoosh should have a hot and sour taste.

- (vredolagha in spanish), purslane, pirperim
- 1 cup minced parsley
- 1 cup minced green onions
- 1 cup diced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup minced fresh mint
- 2 tomatoes, diced
