Creamy Spinach Taquitos


  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 ts garlic powder
  • 7-8 pieces Firetail flatbread
  • 6 oz spinach, sautéed
  • 4 oz mushrooms, chopped and sautéed
  • 2 TB butter, melted


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan and garlic powder
  3. Spread about a tablespoon of cheese mixture on a piece of Firetail flatbread
  4. Add spinach and mushrooms
  5. Roll up and brush with melted butter
  6. Bake about 20 minutes until crispy and filling is hot
  7. Enjoy!
