About a year ago I was shopping in Trader Joe’s and they were out of pita. So I tried their lavash and preferred it to pita. When the COVID-19 pandemic ruled out shopping at TJ’s, I turned to Amazon and bought an order of Markook. I expected something like the lavash from TJ’s, but, boy, was I surprised!! I am hooked on Markook. Comparing my previous lavash experience with Markook is like comparing some soggy thick pancakes with a fine french crepe! I’m now a lifetime Markook buyer. Great stuff!!!

These are my go to when I’m cutting carbs but still want to enjoy my chips, crackers and sandwiches. You can virtually make anything you need and want with an air fryer, non stick spray and these thin lavash breads.

I LOVE this bread! Very versatile and can use this several different ways. By itself it’s very soft and thin, works great as a “wrap”. I’ve also crisped them in the oven to make chips and used that as a clear bread and added toppings! I highly recommend trying this 😊

So good!!! I use these for lunch wraps, “sloppy joes,” pizza and taquitos! They’re very sturdy and don’t break apart. The macros are a little high but man these are good if you can fit them into your macros!!! Definitely recommend these!

I love BreadMasters Markook! So thin it makes a prefect vehicle that allows all of your fillings to shine through! I enjoy doing up sandwich wraps and panini with this flatbread. It also makes great finger foods…when cut into four pieces it’s a great size to fill and roll taquitos or even apple pie rolls for a treat! They bake up nice and crispy. I make an enchiladas casserole with Markook layers (in place of tortillas) and the Markook fits perfectly in my 9×13 casserole dish! Love it!
