Flatbread Avocado Toast with Mango Salsa
Crispy stone lavash flatbread topped with creamy avocado and a vibrant sweet-spicy mango salsa. Ready in just 25 minutes, this easy recipe is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a healthy snack.

Ingredients:
  • 2 mangos, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup orange bell pepper, chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoons Serrano pepper, minced
  • 1 Roma tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 BreadMasters stone lavash flatbread
  • Olive oil or avocado oil spray

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place BreadMasters stone lavash on the prepared sheet pan. Lightly spray with oil. Bake for 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  3. In a small bowl, mash or slice the avocados. Mix with lime juice, salt, and black pepper to taste. Set aside.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, orange bell pepper, minced Serrano pepper, Roma tomato, cilantro, and lime juice. Add salt to taste. Gently stir to combine.
  5. Spread the seasoned avocado evenly over the crispy lavash. Top generously with mango salsa.
  6. Slice into wedges and serve immediately. Optional: garnish with extra cilantro, lime zest, or red pepper flakes.

I love a good avocado toast and I like to change things up…so I decided to toast some flatbread and serve it up sweet and spicy style!!
I baked up a BreadMasters stone lavash and topped it with avocado and a tasty mango salsa, delicious!
