Ingredients
- BreadMasters Markook Thinnest Flatbread.
- Coconut oil spray.
- Almond butter or nut butter of choice.
- 1 banana sliced.
- Pumpkin seeds.
- Goji berries.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Cut flatbread into 4 pieces.
- Spray flatbread with coconut oil.
- Bake 8-10 minutes, until crisp. Our Markook flatbread becomes wonderfully crispy in the oven while staying light and delicate.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of nut butter over each toasted piece.
- Layer on some banana slices.
- Top with pumpkin seeds and goji berries.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
