  1. Mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan and garlic powder until well combined.
  2. Spread about a tablespoon of cheese mixture on a piece of Firetail flatbread. Our Firetail Flatbread has the perfect flexibility for rolling without cracking, and it bakes up beautifully crispy. Add sautéed spinach and mushrooms, then roll up tightly.
