Bacon Brat & Apricot Flatbread Pizza


Salty and sweet and tangy…oh my! This bacon, brat and apricot flatbread pizza is a tasty combo!

Bacon and onions, bratwurst and cheese, apricot jam with honey and mustard…this is such a delicious combination sitting atop a crispy BreadMasters lavash!

  • 3 strips bacon chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3 bratwurst links chopped
  • 1/3 cup apricot jam
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • BreadMasters Lavash


  1. Preheat oven to 400° F
  2. Line sheet pan with parchment paper, place lavash on pan and set aside
  3. Cook bacon and onion over medium heat until bacon is crisp
  4. Remove from pan and drain on paper towel, set asideAdd bratwurst to pan and cook until browned and cooked through, set aside
  5. Stir together jam, honey and mustard
  6. Spread jam mixture over lavash, top with bratwurst, bacon and onions and cheese
  7. Bake until cheese is bubbly 10-12 minutes
  8. Enjoy!
