Cinnamon Crisps with Fruit Salsa Recipe

Butter brushed Breadmasters ARA-Z Whole Wheat Flat Bread, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and baked up nice and crispy…served with a tasty fresh fruit salsa.

Cinnamon Crisps with Fruit Salsa
Ingredients:
Cinnamon crisps –
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- BreadMasters ARA-Z Lavash Whole Wheat Flat Bread
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Fruit Salsa –
- 2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 orange, chopped
- 2 kiwifruit, chopped
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Instructions:
Cinnamon crisps –
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Combine sugar and cinnamon
- Brush 4 pieces of flatbread with melted butter
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over flatbread
- Cut flatbread into triangles
- Place on ungreased baking sheets
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or just until crisp
Fruit Salsa –
- Combine the strawberries, orange, kiwi, pineapple, lime juice and sugar
- Serve with cinnamon crisps
- Enjoy!
