
Ingredients

- Seasoned ground turkey.

- 1 lb ground turkey.

- 1 red bell pepper, diced.

- 2 TB fiesta seasoning.

- 1 cup water.

- 4 pieces Firetail Flatbread.

- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese.

- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro.

- Butter, for cooking.

- Pico de Gallo.
Instructions

- Seasoned ground turkey.

- Cook ground turkey over med heat until no longer pink.

- Stir in bell pepper, fiesta seasoning and water.

- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

- Set aside.

- Place flatbread on work surface.

- Add a layer of cheese.
-
- Follow with seasoned ground turkey. Our Firetail Flatbread gives these quesadillas their signature crispy-yet-chewy texture.

- Sprinkle on cilantro.

- Top with cheese.

- Fold in half.

- Heat butter in skillet.
-
- Place quesadilla in skillet and cook until golden.

- Flip the quesadilla and cook until crispy.

- Cut in half and top with Pico de Gallo.
