Mortadella, Genoa salami and provolone all rolled up in Breadmasters ARA-Z Lavash Flatbread!

Muffuletta Pinwheels

Ingredients:

Giardiniera spread –

  • 1 cup drained giardiniera
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Filling –

  • 1/4 pound sliced mortadella
  • 1/4 pound sliced salami
  • 1/4 pound sliced provolone
  • 1/4 cup olive tapenade
Instructions:

Giardiniera spread –

  1. Pulse giardiniera in food processor until finely chopped
  2. Add the mayonnaise and stir to combine

Assembly –

  1. Line the counter top with a piece of plastic wrap
  2. Place a flat bread on top of the plastic wrap
  3. Spread the giardinera mixture over the flat bread
  4. Layer the mortadella, salami and provolone slices on the bottom half of the flat bread
  5. Spread the tapenade over the cheese
  6. Roll the flat bread, tightly, starting at the bottom with the fillings
  7. Tighten the plastic wrap around the roll and twirl the ends to make a very tight roll
  8. Refrigerate at least 2 hours
  9. Unwrap the log and slice into 3/4-inch pieces
  10. Enjoy!
