    Ingredients

    Guacamole

    • 2 ripe avocados
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • Salt and pepper, to taste

    Spicy Mayo

    • ½ cup mayonnaise
    • ¼ cup hot sauce (your favorite brand)

    For the Wrap

    • 2 pieces Breadmasters Markook Thinnest Flatbread
    • 6 strips crispy bacon
    • 1 cup chopped lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
    • 1 large tomato, sliced

    Instructions

    1. Make the guacamole: Peel, pit, and mash the avocados in a medium bowl. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Set aside.
    2. Make the spicy mayo: In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and hot sauce until well combined. Set aside.
    3. Assemble the wraps: Lay each piece of Markook flatbread on a clean work surface. Spread about ¼ cup of guacamole over each flatbread.
    4. Layer the fillings: Place 3 strips of crispy bacon on each wrap. Top with chopped lettuce and sliced tomato.
