- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place 2 pieces of flatbread on baking sheets and brush with olive oil.
- Bake 5-8 minutes until beginning to crisp.
- Spread warmed refried beans over the warm flatbread.
- Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
- Add scrambled eggs on top.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Bake another 5-8 minutes, until flatbread is crispy and cheese is melted.
- Slice the flatbread.
- Add toppings: more cheese, diced tomatoes, mashed avocado, and hot sauce.
