    Perfect for meal prep or a satisfying weekend breakfast, these wraps are light yet filling. Our Markook Thinnest Flatbread is the perfect choice—it’s thin, pliable, and doesn’t sit heavy like regular bread. Each wrap delivers 20g protein, 5g fat, and 45g carbohydrates for a balanced start to your day.

    Ingredients

    • 2 pieces Breadmasters Markook Thinnest Flatbread
    • 100g egg whites (about 3 large egg whites)
    • ½ Italian sausage, casing removed
    • 125g potatoes (about 1 small potato), diced
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • Olive oil spray or butter, for toasting

    Instructions

    1. Air fry the potatoes: Dice potatoes into small cubes. Air fry at 380°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy. (Alternatively, pan-fry in a skillet with a little oil.)
    2. Cook the sausage and eggs: In a separate pan over medium heat, cook Italian sausage, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through. Add egg whites and scramble until just set. Season with salt and pepper.
    3. Assemble the wraps: Lay each piece of Markook flatbread on a clean work surface. Place the egg scramble and crispy potatoes on one side of each flatbread.
    4. Roll and seal: Roll the flatbread tightly from the filled side. Place seam-side down in a hot, lightly oiled pan and toast for 1-2 minutes until the wrap is sealed and lightly crispy.
    5. Slice and serve: Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve warm.
