- 4 oz cream cheese, softened.

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.

- 1/4 ts garlic powder.

- 7-8 pieces Firetail flatbread.

- 6 oz spinach, sautéed.

- 4 oz mushrooms, chopped and sautéed.

- 2 TB butter, melted.
Instructions

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

- Mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan and garlic powder.

- Spread about a tablespoon of cheese mixture on a piece of Firetail flatbread. Our Firetail Flatbread has the perfect flexibility for rolling without cracking, and it bakes up beautifully crispy.

- Add spinach and mushrooms.

- Roll up and brush with melted butter.

- Bake about 20 minutes until crispy and filling is hot.
