Firetail Creamy Spinach Taquitos

Ingredients

    • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    • 1/4 ts garlic powder

    • 7-8 pieces Firetail flatbread

    • 6 oz spinach, sautéed

    • 4 oz mushrooms, chopped and sautéed

    • 2 TB butter, melted

Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

    1. Mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan and garlic powder

    1. Spread about a tablespoon of cheese mixture on a piece of Firetail flatbread

    1. Add spinach and mushrooms

    1. Roll up and brush with melted butter

    1. Bake about 20 minutes until crispy and filling is hot
