
Ingredients

- 4 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 ts garlic powder

- 7-8 pieces Firetail flatbread

- 6 oz spinach, sautéed

- 4 oz mushrooms, chopped and sautéed

- 2 TB butter, melted
Instructions

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

- Mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan and garlic powder
-
- Spread about a tablespoon of cheese mixture on a piece of Firetail flatbread
-
- Add spinach and mushrooms
-
- Roll up and brush with melted butter

- Bake about 20 minutes until crispy and filling is hot
