
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 TB butter
- 1/4 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 2 breakfast sausage links, cooked
- 2 pieces Firetail Flatbread
Instructions
- Mix eggs with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in nonstick skillet.
- Pour in egg mixture and dip the flatbread in the eggs, flip flatbread to coat both sides. Our Firetail Flatbread has the perfect flexibility for rolling without cracking, and it holds up beautifully to the egg mixture.
- Cook until eggs are set.
- Flip so that flatbread is at the bottom.
- Add spinach, cheese and sausage.
- Cook until cheese begins to melt.
- Roll up and enjoy!
