Firetail Quesadillas


Firetail Flatbread Quesadilla - Golden brown artisan flatbread filled with melted cheese and served with salsa and guacamole | Made with stone-oven baked vegan lavash from Breadmasters

Ingredients

    • Seasoned ground turkey.

    • 1 lb ground turkey.

    • 1 red bell pepper, diced.

    • 2 TB fiesta seasoning.

    • 1 cup water.

    • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese.

    • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro.

    • Butter, for cooking.

    • Pico de Gallo.

Instructions

    • Seasoned ground turkey.

    • Cook ground turkey over med heat until no longer pink.

    • Stir in bell pepper, fiesta seasoning and water.

    • Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

    • Set aside.

    • Place flatbread on work surface.

    • Add a layer of cheese.

    • Follow with seasoned ground turkey. Our Firetail Flatbread gives these quesadillas their signature crispy-yet-chewy texture.

    • Sprinkle on cilantro.

    • Top with cheese.

    • Fold in half.

    • Heat butter in skillet.

    • Place quesadilla in skillet and cook until golden.

    • Flip the quesadilla and cook until crispy.

    • Cut in half and top with Pico de Gallo.
