That’s right…flatbread avocado toast topped with a fresh mango salsa!
I love a good avocado toast and I like to change things up…so I decided to toast some flatbread and serve it up sweet and spicy style!!
I baked up a BreadMasters stone lavash and topped it with avocado and a tasty mango salsa, delicious!

Ingredients
- 2 mangos diced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped orange bell pepper
- 2-3 Tablespoons minced Serrano pepper
- 1 Roma tomato diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Juice from 1 lime
- Salt to taste
- Mango Salsa
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F
- Place Lavash on parchment lined sheet pan
- Spray lavash with oilBake lavash 10 minutes, until crispy
- Mix avocado with lime juice, salt and pepper and set aside
- Mango Salsa
- Mix mango, onion, bell pepper, Serrano pepper, tomato, cilantro and lime juice
- Add salt to taste
- Top crispy lavash with avocado and mango salsa
