Ingredients:
- 2 mangos, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup orange bell pepper, chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons Serrano pepper, minced
- 1 Roma tomato, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 BreadMasters stone lavash flatbread
- Olive oil or avocado oil spray
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place BreadMasters stone lavash on the prepared sheet pan. Lightly spray with oil. Bake for 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a small bowl, mash or slice the avocados. Mix with lime juice, salt, and black pepper to taste. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, orange bell pepper, minced Serrano pepper, Roma tomato, cilantro, and lime juice. Add salt to taste. Gently stir to combine.
- Spread the seasoned avocado evenly over the crispy lavash. Top generously with mango salsa.
- Slice into wedges and serve immediately. Optional: garnish with extra cilantro, lime zest, or red pepper flakes.

I love a good avocado toast and I like to change things up…so I decided to toast some flatbread and serve it up sweet and spicy style!!
I baked up a BreadMasters stone lavash and topped it with avocado and a tasty mango salsa, delicious!
