Flatbread Avocado Toast with Mango Salsa


That’s right…flatbread avocado toast topped with a fresh mango salsa!
I love a good avocado toast and I like to change things up…so I decided to toast some flatbread and serve it up sweet and spicy style!!
I baked up a BreadMasters stone lavash and topped it with avocado and a tasty mango salsa, delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 mangos diced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped orange bell pepper
  • 2-3 Tablespoons minced Serrano pepper
  • 1 Roma tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • Salt to taste
  • Mango Salsa
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F
  2. Place Lavash on parchment lined sheet pan
  3. Spray lavash with oilBake lavash 10 minutes, until crispy
  4. Mix avocado with lime juice, salt and pepper and set aside
  5. Mango Salsa
    • Mix mango, onion, bell pepper, Serrano pepper, tomato, cilantro and lime juice
    • Add salt to taste
    • Top crispy lavash with avocado and mango salsa
