Melty mozzarella, spicy pepperoni, bell pepper, onions and olives come together on a crispy baked BreadMasters Stone Lavash

Ingredients
- BreadMasters Stone Lavash Flat Bread
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- 1/2 cup Marinara sauce
- 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni
- Red onion thinly sliced
- Green bell pepper sliced
- Black olives sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Place two slices of flatbread on a baking sheet
- Brush each piece with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder
- Bake about 8 minutes until the flatbread starts to crisp
- Remove from oven and flip the flat bread over
- Brush each flatbread with marinara
- Layer with cheese, pepperoni, onion, bell pepper and olives
- Bake another 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted
