Flatbread Pizza Supreme

Ingredients

  • BreadMasters Stone Lavash Flat Bread
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Marinara sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni
  • Red onion thinly sliced
  • Green bell pepper sliced
  • Black olives sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Place two slices of flatbread on a baking sheet
  3. Brush each piece with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder
  4. Bake about 8 minutes until the flatbread starts to crisp
  5. Remove from oven and flip the flat bread over
  6. Brush each flatbread with marinara
  7. Layer with cheese, pepperoni, onion, bell pepper and olives
  8. Bake another 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted
