    Ingredients

    • 1 piece Breadmasters Markook Thinnest Flatbread
    • ½ cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)
    • 1 Roma tomato, thinly sliced
    • ¼ cup kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
    • ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
    • ¼ cup pickled red onion, drained
    • Fresh parsley or dill, for garnish (optional)

    Instructions

    1. Prepare the flatbread: Lay the Markook flatbread on a clean work surface.
    2. Spread the base: Spread an even layer of hummus over the entire flatbread, leaving a small border at the edges.
    3. Layer the fillings: Arrange the sliced tomato, chopped kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, and pickled red onion evenly over the hummus.
    4. Roll it up: Roll the flatbread tightly from one end to the other, forming a log. Press gently to ensure the roll holds its shape.
