It’s beginning to feel a lot like summer! That usually means outdoor grilling, beaches and fun in the sun! With indoor activities being more of a focus these days, you can bring some summer BBQ tastes inside with this pulled pork flatbread with spicy coleslaw!
BreadMasters lavash slathered in BBQ sauce and piled high with pulled pork and coleslaw, yum!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 cups cabbage/carrot mix
- BreadMasters Lavash
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
- Pulled pork
- 1 jalapeño sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° F
- Line sheet pan with parchment paper, place lavash on pan and set aside
- Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil and hot sauce
- Stir the dressing into the cabbage/carrot mix and set aside
- Spread the BBQ sauce on the flatbread
- Pile on the pulled pork and the jalapeños
- Bake until the flatbread is crispy 10-15 minutes
- Top with the spicy coleslaw
