Strawberry French Toast Pinwheels
These strawberry French toast pinwheels taste like strawberry shortcake! Made with BreadMasters stone lavash flatbread in 25 minutes. Perfect for Sunday brunch or Mother’s Day.

Ingredients:

Instructions:
  1. Mix together the eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Cut 4 pieces of lavash in half, and place a piece in the egg mixture.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry the lavash 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
  5. Repeat with remaining lavash.
  6. Spread strawberry jam over flatbread French toast.
  7. Top with sliced strawberries. Roll up and slice into pinwheels.
  8. Beat together the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  9. Top pinwheels with whipped cream.
