Ingredients:
Instructions:
- Cook ground turkey over medium heat until no longer pink
- Stir in fiesta seasoning and water
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes
- Set aside
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Place two pieces of flatbread on a baking sheet
- Top each flatbread with seasoned ground turkey and cheddar cheese
- Bake 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and flatbread becomes crispy
- Add a good sprinkling of lettuce
- Pile on the pico de gallo
- Dollop with sour cream and taco sauce
