Toasted Flatbread with Almond Butter

I’m going bananas over this morning’s toasted flatbread with almond butter!

Toasted Markook flatbread, creamy almond butter and sweet, ripe banana slices…wait, it gets even better…

I topped these tasty flatbread toasts with a good sprinkling of pumpkin seeds and goji berries and I’m totally nuts about this!

  • BreadMasters Markook
  • Coconut oil spray
  • Almond butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1 banana sliced
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Goji berries


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F
  2. Cut flatbread into 4 pieces
  3. Spray flatbread with coconut oil
  4. Bake 8-10 minutes, until crisps
  5. Spread about 1 tablespoon of nut butter over toasted flatbread
  6. Layer on some banana slices
  7. Top with seeds and berries
  8. Enjoy!
