Ingredients
- Meatballs 1ย poundย ground turkey
- 1ย large eggย beaten
- 1/2ย cupย Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4ย cupย chopped onion
- 3ย clovesย garlicย minced
- 1/2ย teaspoonย crushed red pepper flakes
- 1ย teaspoonย Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4ย cupย flat-leaf parsleyย chopped
- 1/4ย cupย grated Parmesan
- Salt and pepper
- Wrap
- 2ย cupsย marinara
- BreadMasters Markook flatbread
- Shredded mozzarella
Instructions
- Meatballs
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐ F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Combine ground turkey, egg, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, Worcestershire, parsley, Parmesan, and a pinch of salt and pepper
- Mix meatball ingredients until combined
- Roll into 16 meatballs
- Place meatballs on prepared baking sheet and bake about 20 minutes
- Wrap
- Heat marinara sauce over medium-low heat
- Add meatballs to sauce and simmer
- Place mozzarella on bottom half of flatbread
- Layer with 4 meatballs and some sauce
- Roll up and place seam side down on hot, buttered grill pan
- Heat until crispy
- Flip and crispy the other side
