Ingredients

• Cheese Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup cheese
  • Salt to taste

  • BreadMasters Markook flatbread
  • 3 oz sliced ham
  • 1 cup shredded chicken

Instructions

1. Cheese sauce
   • Melt butter over med high heat
   • Add flour, ground mustard and whisk to combine
   • Add milk, a little at a time, whisking constantly
   • Remove from heat, add cheese and stir until melted
2. Build
   • Spread about 2 tablespoons of cheese sauce on bottom half of flatbread
   • Layer with sliced ham, shredded chicken, and more cheese sauce
   • Roll up tight and place seam side down on hot, buttered grill pan
   • Heat until crispy
   • Flip and crispy the other side
