- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add flour and ground mustard, whisking constantly. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly, and cook until thickened, 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat, add cheese and stir until melted. Season with salt.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of cheese sauce on the bottom half of a Markook flatbread. Our Markook Thinnest Flatbread is flexible enough to roll without cracking and grills up beautifully crispy. Layer with sliced ham and shredded chicken. Drizzle with additional cheese sauce.
- Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on a hot, buttered grill pan. Cook until crispy and golden, about 3-4 minutes per side, flipping carefully. Serve hot with extra cheese sauce for dipping.
