Ingredients
- 2 pieces BreadMasters whole wheat stone lavash
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/2 pound sliced ham
- 2 dill pickles, sliced
- 1/2 pound roasted pork, sliced or shredded
- Swiss cheese grated
Instructions
- Spread 2 tablespoons of mustard on the bottom half of each flatbread.
- Layer with sliced ham, pickles, roasted pork, and a generous amount of grated Swiss cheese.
- Roll up tightly. Our Stone Lavash Whole Wheat is sturdy enough to hold all these fillings and becomes perfectly crispy when grilled.
- Place seam-side down on a hot, buttered grill pan.
- Heat until crispy and golden, and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip carefully and crisp the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides like plantains, black beans, or a simple salad.
